I received this necklace and the chain is completely different and I keep messaging them on insta but apparently they can't see any difference.

I ordered this necklace and it came in an entirely different chain with bigger tacky balls rather than the dainty ones shown in the picture and their customer service team keeps dismissing me and are saying that it's because of the "lighting"
