RETURN POLICY
We can only offer replacement / refund (if Applicable) for non-custom items only.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of delivery, we’ll make it right by:

  • • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • • Replacing the product
  • • Issue a refund** (Only for non-customized products)
  • • Customer will cover the cost of any return shipping
  • Items can be returned to CustomFactor within 7 days of delivery.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Once your order has been confirmed, we immediately begin to process your items. If you would like to cancel a custom purchase, the restocking fee is 25 percent of the total amount of the item.
